QTP-004是針對醫院與一般商店所設計的手持式無線雷射條碼掃瞄槍，採用wifi無線技術以方便護理人員在醫院內隨時隨第掃描血袋、藥品、病患手上條碼等，可提升人工查驗效率並減少失誤的產生。另外，也內建NFC以方便商店購物付款。外觀設計符合手部人體工學的簡潔流線造型，兼具舒適的握持性、防污、堅固耐用，滿足經常使用且需要保持清潔的使用者需求。
主體採用雙料射出製程，透過設計讓塑膠與橡膠發揮不同材料功能，並且原料裡加入可以抗菌的奈米銀，可以有效抑制細菌孳生。前端掃描開口採弧線設計與握持手把底部突出處，三點頂立形成一個空間，讓使用者放置掃描器時，手部不會碰觸到桌面，滿足使用者可以輕鬆放下與拿起的需求。拆件數少以減少外觀接縫，讓本產品不易產生汙垢堆積以及更堅固耐用。例如最常使用的按鍵與下蓋無接縫一體成型，以及上端led燈號顯示處塑膠肉厚較薄的設計讓光線可以直接透出的設計，都能讓髒污不易累積且容易清潔。
QTP-004 is a barcode scanner designed to enhance accuracy and efficiency in healthcare environment. By scanning the barcodes on medications, blood bags and patients’ wristbands, nurses can automate and error-proof the capture of critical information at the point of care. QTP-004 is made of the nano-silver anti-bacterial materials. The arc form of its body not only offers a better grip but reduces the contact area when being placed on the desk for disinfecting needs. To avoid dust accumulation at the joints, designers adopt double injection molding to reduce the assembly parts, which also makes QTP-004 look clean, simple and solid.
