PointDraw是一套互動式教學的輔助軟體，特色在於使用簡單、低價的投影設備就能獲得寓教於樂的教學過程；為使介面更具有親和力，介面設計的靈感來自於多數人都曾有過的吹泡泡經驗，用圓潤的泡泡形象包裝軟體中的工作群組，並且搭配清新的藍色背景以及活潑、高彩度的工具圖示，期望能提高學童在學習過程中的注意力以及學習興趣。
為了提供更有趣的互動體驗，PointDraw不僅在視覺風格上採用了活潑的表現形式，更提供了簡單直覺的操作介面，將主要的工作列包裝為不同的泡泡群組，每個群組的工具又能衍生出進階一層的次選項，以浮動、放大的視覺效果強調每個動作產生的回饋，讓老師與學童在操作軟體時，能得到更具樂趣的互動體驗，也使整個教學過程同時也像玩遊戲般的輕鬆愉悅。
PointDraw架構於一個簡便操作的教學環境中，相較於同樣以互動教學為目的的電子式互動白板，PointDraw只需要投影筆、投影機以及軟體本身，就能夠形成一個完整的互動教學環境，由於內建特殊的PointDraw投影技術，因此在此互動教學環境下，不需再經過白板定位、裝置架設等繁瑣的過程，也更節省了設備上的投資成本；此外，由於投影筆具備了10m的感測區域，無論是老師或是學童，都能夠在教室內任何區域透過投影筆自由操作PonitDraw的互動介面，讓互動的範圍擴及整間教室。
BenQ PointDraw interactive learning solution is designed to enhance the classroom experience with minimum hardware installation, intuitive user interface and amusing multimedia interaction. It only requires a PointDraw projector and a PointDraw pen, no complicated setup and calibration is needed. Using the pen is intuitive and requires almost no learning. It writes on the projected screen like a marker and can be used like a remote mouse. The system comes with an interface that overlaps any software and multimedia content to facilitate the interaction. The graphic style is inspired by playful bubbles in order to gain pupils’ attention.
